Recently a friend of mine, Jackson Lo introduce me to a very useful tool I Search From which allows you to search Google from different locations or devices. This tool is perfect for SEO’ers who need to see how search results show up in different cities, countries, & different devices like the iphone, ipad, etc.
In the video above I show you how you can use this (currently) free tool to get a better idea of how search results work in Google and exactly how different search results can be depending where you are, what device you are on and whether you are logged in or not.
Between Google’s universal search results + personalization + auto detecting your IP address to serve up local search results, the SERPs (search engine results pages) combinations is infinite.

That’s a great tool!! I would always use the Google Ad Preview Tool to see the results from another location, but this seems better.
