All of my clients are small businesses and a majority of them are not up to speed on one of the most advance e-mail applications available out there: Gmail

Gmail is offers so many benefits, but hard to understand those benefits if you haven’t used it. AND it’s FREE!

Even my clients who use Gmail already are only really using 5-10% of it’s capacity.  Gmail is really CRM on it’s own.   You never have to delete an email.  It’s has one of the most robust internal search function capabilities – Hello they run Google :) !

You can easily connect multiple email accounts to 1 email and still send and receive mail as though it’s from it’s original email source.  You can label emails and create automatic functions.  You can write signature files, send auto messages if you are not available,  create different contact groups.   Gmail groups emails that are related to each which is such a brilliant way to keep things organized.  They also offer Gmail chat, Google Voice and the list goes on and on.  One of the coolest feature is it connects to Google Docs and Google Calendar which of course you can synchronization with your smart phone(s).
