I thought this presentation by Mike Blumenthal on understanding ranking factors on Google Maps was really well done and it would be useful to all small business owners.

Hello Matthew,
To upload pictures from flicker to Google maps – upload to web, I tried the url at the address bar but that doesn’t produce an image.
Is it easy enough to explain here/
