    Great instructions! I like your PDF, too. A pity more people don’t leave spontaneous reviews (I know I do, and I know you do). IMHO, the big problem is that businesses don’t even *ask* – not even once. They don’t even bother to learn your name – let alone ask you to take a second

    Sure, most people won’t know how, and many more will forget, but some people will actually do it…if asked. This post and these stats would make many business owners realize that they should at least ask – and once they do, they’d be pleasantly surprised by most people’s willingness to put in a good word.

    Phil, totally agree. Asking is step one. Even if you ask 10 people and only get one review, it’s a success!
